Survivor Engagement

Involving survivors in an ethical way in the work we do is one of eLiberare’s priorities. The informational materials, campaigns, training sessions, and advocacy work are informed by survivors of human trafficking, both from Romania and abroad.

Victims of human trafficking who escape exploitation and begin to build a new life face multiple challenges. Many of these challenges arise in their new workplace.

Based on its own experience, eLiberare has created a practical guide that presents lessons learned from the process of integrating a survivor into a team.
